This meeting will help girls, parents, guardians, and Troop Leaders understand what to expect at Camp Sugar, what to bring, and provide an opportunity to ask questions. Please note that during this meeting, cabin information, Camp Staff, and chaperones will be announced, as well as the Girl Scout itinerary.

Cancellation Policy
Transfers, cancellations, or refund requests must be made in writing to customercare@girlscoutsccs.org 30 days before the event's registration deadline. There are no refunds after the deadline or closing date of the event. Dates shown in the cancellation policy below are strictly to allow staff the ability to process cancellations for all events, year-round and are not specific to this event. Please see the registration end date to determine the cancellation deadline for this event.
